Transaction Overview
Trinity was engaged by the sponsor group in connection with the acquisition of Dunkin’ Brands, Inc. from Alied Domecq in March of 2006. As part of Trinity’s engagement, we provided extensive transaction support to the sponsor in their pursuit of Dunkin’ by conducting an extensive analysis of the brand, state of the franchise community, four-wall economics and carious growth opportunities. Subsequently, the Company announced its intention to divest Togo’s and engaged Trinity to manage that process.
