As a part of the engagement, Trinity developed a comprehensive financial model to determine the most advantageous capital structure for the Buyer. Trinity was able to negotiate an exceptional outcome which included a highly attractive capital structure that not only captured peak market terms, but also closed on-time and according to seller requirements. The capital structure included senior debt provided by GE Capital, Franchise Finance, a preferred and common equity investments by the Buyer.
