Trinity Capital LLC was hired by one of the top ten Burger King Franchisees to execute a sale lease-back transaction for 20 fee properties. Trinity ran a highly structured process that resulted in several very competitive bids. Trinity worked with its client to choose the best offer based on total purchase price, cap, rate, rental increases, and covenants. The deal was closed with a private REIT and at a valuation that well exceeded the client’s expectations.
