Transaction Overview
Trinity Capital, a division of Citizens Capital Markets, served as the exclusive financial advisor to World Wide Wings, the second largest franchisee in the Buffalo Wild Wings system and a portfolio company of Partners Group, a leading global private markets firm, on the recapitalization of its 65 sports bars across several states in the Pacific Northwest, Midwest and California.
This recapitalization follows Partners Group’s initial investment in 2015 when they acquired a majority stake in World Wide Wings and its affiliate, Pacific Bells, a franchisee of 275+ Taco Bells. Partners Group exited its Pacific Bells investment in 2021 and, with this transaction, exits its investment in World Wide Wings. Trinity Capital advised on both transactions
